If you register as a Vendor, we additionally collect your business name, store address, and payment integration credentials (e.g., IDs and Keys for Payme and Click) to facilitate transactions.
Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise location data while you are using the app. This information is used exclusively to identify and display nearby vendors and available offers. You may enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings.
Financial Information: We do not collect, store, or process your personal financial information, such as credit card numbers. All payments are processed directly through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Click, Payme) or handled via cash transactions with the Vendor. We are not responsible for the data collection or privacy practices of these third-party processors.

2. Use of Your Personal Data

Savr uses the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
To create, manage, and secure your account.
To personalize your experience by showing you relevant deals based on your location.
To enable Vendors to receive payments for their products.
To communicate with you, including for customer service, technical notices, and promotional updates (with your consent).
To enforce our terms and conditions and comply with legal obligations.

3. What Our App Accesses on Your Device

To ensure full functionality, the Savr application for Android requests permission to access certain features and data on your device. We only access information essential for the app to work as intended.

Location Information: We access your device's location to make the app useful. This is necessary to find nearby food deals and display them on a map. You can manage this permission in your device settings at any time.

Network Access: The app requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to communicate with our servers. This lets you browse live deals, place orders, and manage your account.

Device Storage: To improve performance and provide a smoother experience, the app may store data locally on your device. This includes caching images so they load faster and saving your preferences.

Notifications and Vibration: To keep you informed about your order status or new deals, the app needs permission to send notifications and use your device's vibration function for alerts. To ensure these notifications are reliable, the app may need to run background processes.

System Functions: The app uses standard system functions to operate securely and efficiently within the Android OS. This includes verifying the app's authenticity through the Google Play Store and managing its own processes to prevent crashes.

4. Data Storage and Security

The security of your data is a priority for us. We utilize secure backend services, including Supabase, to store your personal information. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent required to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
