The nature of food surplus is that it’s unpredictable. For Surprise Packs, stores don’t know exactly what they’ll have left over. This model allows them to save any and all unsold food, making the fight against food waste as effective as possible.
Pickup windows are firm, as the food cannot be held. If you miss your window, your order will be cancelled without a refund, and the food may still go to waste. Please make sure you can make it on time!
